Becky Miller is an average Stay-At-Home Mom. She runs the women’s program at her church, she does laundry, keeps her house running, has dinner on the table, and buses her children from activity to activity. Like all Mom’s, she has doubts about her faith and fears of not reaching her potential in raising her kids. As trouble befalls her and her family, she has to find the path God wants her to follow. Through prayer and a great dialogue with her husband she slowly learns about her path in life.
The Secret Life of Becky Miller is a simple book, designed for a specific audience that will identify with the characters. Each chapter begins with a daydream of adventure that Becky has in her need to escape. Readers may find that these introductions actually take away from a great storyline that is intriguing and substantial.

Hinck has given readers a superb relationship between Becky and her husband Kevin, by drawing us into the relationship and giving them conflict that is real.
